"Edustaff exemplifies professionalism that mirrors what we strive to demonstrate. The quality of their services and integrity of their staff have been exceptional. Simply stated, they have been an AMAZING professional partner."
Deputy Superintendent, Willamette Education Services District
"The School District of New Berlin is among the top 10 highest performing K-12 districts in the state of Wisconsin. We serve more than 4,000 students and employ around 600 staff members in the metro Milwaukee area. Like most school districts, we were facing a substitute teacher shortage. Our fill rates continued to decline and the cost of services with our third-party partner continued to go up. We also found that our third-party substitute partners were increasingly less engaged and responsive. We have found a true partnership with Edustaff. We have our own recruiter who keeps us up to date on a weekly basis on her efforts to hire and train new substitute teachers. Edustaff takes a proactive approach to marketing via billboards, radio ads and more on our behalf. They also share substitute feedback and recruitment and retention strategies to help increase our fill rates. Through our continued partnership we are seeing a positive impact on our fill rates, which means less stress for teachers and principals and greater consistency and quality of instruction for our students."
