CORPORATE OFFICE FORCED TO CLOSE TEMPORARILY UNDER MICHIGAN EXECUTIVE COVID-19 ORDER
Since Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer, placed Michigan under an executive “Stay-at-home” order until at least April 13, 2020, much to our regret, since EDUStaff does not provide a health related essential service, we have had no choice but to temporarily close our offices, send our staff home, suspend telephone support and restrict our service communications to email and, as much as possible, live chat through our website. During this time, every effort is being made to retain sufficient work-from-home resources to permit reasonably timely responses to inquiries, especially when it comes to payroll. We will continue to monitor our general email folders and will attempt to maintain live chat support although, as one might expect, it is nigh to impossible to predict the volume we will encounter with any certainty and whether we can devote enough of our remaining resources to do so. Taking the COVID-19 threat very seriously, we are doing our part to minimize the negative impact on our employees and customers, not to mention our entire nation. Our sincere prayer is for to all join in making the temporary sacrifices necessary to endure this crisis.
Until we are able to resume telephone support, please contact us by email as follows:
- For payroll inquiries, use email@example.com
- For HR inquiries, use firstname.lastname@example.org
- For all other inquiries, use email@example.com
As explained, live chat may or may not be available during normal hours of operation, currently Monday through Thursday, depending on the demand. We look forward to when we can return to normal operations.
