Building Relationships in the School District of New Berlin

The School District of New Berlin, one of the top 10 highest-performing K-12 districts in Wisconsin, was facing declining fill rates and increasing costs with its third-party staffing partner. They also felt that their partner was becoming less and less responsive to their questions and concerns.

They made the switch to Edustaff in the spring of 2020, hoping to find a staffing provider that would be more engaged and easier to reach.
